Every day, self-employed people and people in small businesses quietly do things at work to better respect, include, protect, champion or make life fairer for others in their networks and communities.

In 2024, I’m looking to hear about and - where allowed - share as many real life UK examples as I can.

The aims are to:

(a) get a sense of how the smallest businesses advance equity, inclusion and justice in their businesses, communities and wider society, especially compared to bigger businesses

(b) celebrate those businesses and share their stories publicly
